Cyma

When you want comfort Greek food, Cyma is the place to go!! You can never go wrong with anything that you order at Cyma – truly a place that serves authentic Greek dishes at its best.

Spinach & Artichoke Fondue
Spinach and artichoke baked with cheeses and spices, a must-try starter. What I like about Cyma’s Spinach and Artichoke fondue is that the mixture of cheese and veggies is just right and is not overly stuffed with veggies. The amount of cheese is also just right, I like the saucy cheesy taste – not desiccated but still flavorful.

Souvlakia Souvlaki

Cyma’s chicken kebab. Having good pita bread with your kebab definitely makes a lot of difference. Of course, pita bread served together with kebab is like the icing over a cake, the ribbon on a gift, and the candle drizzles on an ice cream. While other Greek restaurants forget about the pita, Cyma takes pride of their pita bread – making sure it’s served warm and healthy each and every time. Chicken is tender and not dry, grilled with just the right amount of spices that is distinctly CYMA. Flavor that accents the taste of chicken meat but does not overwhelm it. Servings are also huge! Good for sharing.

Skolatina

Cyma’s version of molten chocolate cake. This is one of the best molten chocolate cakes that I’ve tasted. The cake is spongy, moist and soft on the outside, and the inside is just filled with oozing goodness of melted quality chocolates. Served with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce, this one is really a treat for the sweet tooth!
